Exercising can be more difficult than before during this period of time. But that should not stop you from exercising to keep healthy. Be it walking, running or cycling, you are not alone as we motivate each other to fight and stay fit together as a community.
Join as an individual or set up your own virtual team of at least 5 members to walk or run a distance of 55km and cycle 550km anytime, anywhere during the challenge period and receive rewards and awards. Rewards await those who completed the course, be it walking or running or cycling.
